Serhou Guirassy looks increasingly unlikely to remain at Borussia Dortmund beyond the summer of 2026, according to Bild.

The report states that a winter move is off the table for the 29-year-old, who is instead setting his sights on a summer transfer.

Guirassy reportedly has two options: he can either move to an elite European club or make the switch to the even more financially lucrative Saudi Pro League, where his agent and brother is said to be offering his services.

The striker has a release clause of €50 million, valid from next summer, which can only be activated by Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea or Liverpool. Other clubs would have to negotiate directly with Dortmund.

Guirassy joined Dortmund from Stuttgart in 2024 for a reported €18 million.
