Confirmed: Kennedy Okpala to join SC Paderborn in January
The young marksman is making the jump up to Germany's seconds division.

As reported by Sky Germany, Kennedy Okpala will make the move from Waldorf Mannheim to SC Paderborn in January.
The 2. Bundesliga club are triggering the 20-year-old's release clause in his contract for a transfer fee of €550,000.
Okpala has impressed this season in his 17 appearances for Waldhof, scoring seven goals and providing three assists in the league.
Paderborn were not alone in their pursuit of the German centre forward. Scottish club Hearts of Midlothian were also linked with him.
All in all, Okpala featured in a total of 82 games for Mannheim and bagged 16 goals alongside 7 assists.
It remains to be seen what impact this deal will have on a potential signing of Ryan Naderi of Hansa Rostock.
