Wilfred Ndidi is still expected to leave Leicester City this summer, reports GiveMeSport journalist Ben Jacobs.

A couple of unnamed Bundesliga sides were linked with the Nigerian, however it appears Bayer Leverkusen are the latest club to enquire.

With rumours circulating around the future of Granit Xhaka at the club, Die Werkself may be forced to find a defensive midfield replacement.

Elsewhere, Manchester United have held talks, and even discussed terms on the player side, but finding a No.9 is their next priority.

Adding another midfielder may require an outgoing first in that area for the Red Devils, while Everton and two other EPL sides have made approaches.

Real Betis, Juventus and Saudi clubs have also discussed Ndidi, who supposedly has a £9million (€10.4m) relegation release clause.
