Edmond Tapsoba has been linked with a move to Tottenham, but Bayer Leverkusen boss Simon Rolfes doesn't expect him to go anywhere this summer.

When asked by Bild if Tapsoba will be sold this summer, Leverkusen sporting managing director Simon Rolfes replied:
"No, not under normal circumstances."
"'Eddy' still has a long contract, so there is no reason for us to think about it. It's not an issue.
"Given his quality, I would be surprised if there was no interest. There are always limits somewhere. But Eddy is a very important player, without a doubt one of the top players in our team."
The 24-year-old centre-back is tied to Leverkusen until 2026 and has mainly been linked with Tottenham recently.
When asked about reports linking him with a move to England, Tapsoba exclusively told Bulinews.com earlier this year:
"That makes me happy, of course. It’s something that shows I’m doing a good job and that I just need to continue. But Leverkusen is a big club, my head and heart are fully here right now, and then we'll see what the next step will be."
