Grimaldo passed fit to face Leipzig
Bayer Leverkusen coach Xabi Alonso has confirmed that Alejandro Grimaldo is fit to face RB Leipzig on Saturday.
The Spanish left-back has had problems with his knee this week, but has completely shaken off the problem ahead of Saturday's game, Leverkusen coach Xabi Alonso assured at a press conference on Friday.
"All the players are ready," Xabi Alonso insisted when asked about Grimaldo.
Leverkusen will still be without long-term absentees Victor Boniface and Arthur, as well as Odilon Kossounou, Amine Adli and Edmond Tapsoba, who are away at the Africa Cup of Nations.
