For some time now, Bayern Munich have been linked with Feyenoord right-back Givairo Read, with the German champions looking to strengthen in that position in the summer.

According to recent reports, Manchester City are also monitoring the 19-year-old with a view to a summer transfer, which could complicate matters for Bayern.

According to Bild football chief Christian Falk, Bayern would be willing to spend a maximum of €30 million to bring the Dutchman to Munich in the summer.

Should Manchester City be willing to offer more for Read, they would likely win the race for his signature.
