TSG Hoffenheim are keen to tie down club legend Andrej Kramaric to a new contract.

According to Kicker, the parties have agreed in principle on a new deal beyond 2026.

However, all talks with players have been put on hold until it's clear whether the club will remain in the Bundesliga, the report further claims.

Kramaric's contract was automatically extended until 2026 a few months ago, according to several reports.

Die Kraichgauer are currently 14th in the Bundesliga with eight games remaining in the season.

Kramaric, 33, has been with Hoffenheim since January 2016 and is the club's all-time leading scorer with 139 goals.
