Germany coach Julian Nagelsmann described his side's 2-2 draw with the Netherlands as a "very entertaining game", not last because of two “vulnerable defences”.
“All in all it was a very entertaining game. Both defences were vulnerable. We were stronger in attack and took more risks. We came back superbly and scored two goals. In the end, we came closest to taking the lead again," Nagelsmann said after the game.
"The team believes in itself, that's the key. The team was determined to win again today. That's what we want to see. It's been a great ten days. We will be very successful,” said Nagelsmann.
He added that he believes his team should have have been awarded a penalty when Jamal Musiala went down after a challenge from Xavi Simons in the second half.
“For me, it was a clear penalty against Jamal. [Simons] is clearly late and hits him on the foot, there can't be two opinions about that.”
