After 12 years at RB Leipzig, Yussuf Poulsen is on the verge of leaving the Red Bull Arena to join Hamburger SV.

Sky Germany has now shed light on the key numbers being the agreement.

The newly-promoted Bundesliga side will reportedly pay a transfer fee of just €1.5 million, including bonuses.

Poulsen himself will have to accept a significant pay cut to make the move happen.

While the Dane currently earns around €7 million per year in Leipzig, his salary at HSV is expected to drop to around €2 million.

To ease the departure for their long-serving club legend, RB Leipzig will pay Poulsen a severance package worth more than €1 million.
