Xavi Simons has been linked with several clubs this summer, with the Dutch midfielder reportedly looking to leave RB Leipzig.

Bild now reports that the 22-year-old has a clear preference: a move to the English Premier League.

To pursue this, Simons and his representative have teamed up with super-agent Ali Barat, who has excellent connections in England and is set to approach London clubs on the Dutchman’s behalf, the German tabloid reports.

However, Simons also has options elsewhere. Spanish outlet Sport recently claimed that his agent and Barat held talks with FC Barcelona about a potential return.

Bayern Munich have also been linked with the Dutchman, who is reportedly seen as an alternative to their primary targets, Nick Woltemade and Luis Díaz.
