Group D winners the United States face already-eliminated Türkiye before their potential knockout stage fixture against Bosnia and Herzegovina. Mauricio Pochettino’s team comfortably beat Paraguay and Australia, while Türkiye lost to both as they failed to convert their chances.

Eintracht Frankfurt’s Can Uzun has only played 30 minutes so far in the competition, and Vincenzo Montella still keeps him on the bench for their last game. Meanwhile, Hoffenheim’s Ozan Kabak and Salih Özcan, who is a free agent after the end of his contract at Borussia Dortmund, are included in their much-changed lineup.

As for the hosts, Borussia Mönchengladbach duo Joe Scally and Gio Reyna get their first starts, while Bayer Leverkusen's Malik Tillman is rested after starring in the first two games. Ex-Schalke all-rounder Weston McKennie is the only one to start all three group stage fixtures for the USMNT.
