Jonas Urbig, Jamal Musiala, and Alphonso Davies all picked up injuries during Bayern Munich's 6-1 win over Atalanta on Wednesday and will miss the upcoming Bundesliga clash with Bayer Leverkusen on Saturday as a result.
Head coach Vincent Kompany provided a fresh update on the trio at a press conference on Friday:
"We're talking to the medical staff about when Jonas Urbig will be able to return to action – hopefully sometime next week. Jamal Musiala might be able to train again at the beginning of next week; we'll see," said Kompany.
"The international break will help us with Alphonso Davies. I hope we'll have a full squad again after that."
As for Manuel Neuer, who remains sidelined with a muscle fiber tear, Kompany said a return in early April is realistic.
"We'll probably wait until after the international break for him too," he stated.
