Yann Sommer could still stay at Gladbach

Despite a report from L'Equipe claiming that Yann Sommer is set to join OGC Nice, the goalkeeper could still stay at Gladbach, according to Sport1.

However, according to Sport1, Sommer's future remains open, and staying at Gladbach is still a possibility.
The goalkeeper himself also said so himself in a recent interview with Sport Bild.
"I've had a great time here so far and really appreciate this club. We are in a good and very open exchange," said Sommer and added that he can "of course" imagine extending his contract, which runs out in 2023.
