Report: PSG could make oversized offer for Muani
Germany's main sporting tabloid reports that PSG have registered interest with Eintracht Frankfurt sporting director Markus Krösche for the summer purchase of French attacking sensation Randal Kolo Muani.
Rather than sell Randal Kolo Muani to a league rival, Eintracht Frankfurt sporting director Markus Krösche may find it a more suitable solution to sell one of German football's hottest commodities to Ligue 1. Germany's "Sport Bild" tabloid reports that French champions PSG have targeted the 24-year-old to serve as the pillar of their summer rebuild.
The deep pockets of the Parisians could fulfill Frankfurt's reported "pain threshold" of some €120 million (a recent interview with SGE board member Axel Hellmann suggested it may be as low as €90 million) for the current €65-million-valued player. Moreover, the player himself would be amenable to such a move.
Muani hails from the Parisian suburb of Bondby and could easily be persuaded to further his career for club and country alongside fellow Frenchman Kylian Mbappé. In a recent interview, Mbappé praised Muani's skill set and made no secret of the fact that he would be interested in lining up with him on a regular basis.
