Wolfsburg boss Jörg Schmadtke leaves door open for Weghorst exit
Wolfsburg expect to keep Wout Weghorst until the end of the season, but will 'think about it' if they get a good offer, says sporting director Jörg Schmadtke.

But amid the financial crisis created by the coronavirus pandemic, he doesn't want to complete rule out a move for the striker, who has claimed he attracted 'serious' interest from Tottenham during the summer transfer window.
"He'll still be here in the winter," Schmadtke told Kicker before admitting:
"But if we get an offer where profitability exceeds everything, we'll have to think about it."
Weghorst's contract with Wolfsburg expires in 2023. The 28-year-old Dutch striker has scored three goals in eight games in all competitions this season.
