Hansa Rostock's Ryan Naderi undergoes medical ahead of Rangers move

Hansa Rostock’s Ryan Naderi is reportedly undergoing a medical ahead of a move to Rangers.

Rangers FC are reportedly closing in on the signing of Ryan Naderi from Hansa Rostock.

According to Sky, the 22-year-old is undergoing a medical ahead of the transfer.

Hansa Rostock reportedly rejected a €3 million offer last week, but Rangers have improved their bid, with manager Danny Röhl driving the deal forward.

However, the third-tier German club has not yet given the final go-ahead.

If completed, Naderi could become the most expensive player ever sold from a 3. Liga team.

The current record is held by Hendry Blank, who moved from Borussia Dortmund II to RB Salzburg for €4 million.

Naderi has scored eight goals in 18 games for Hansa Rostock this season.
