According to reports, Union Berlin have targeted Kevin Vogt as their number one replacement for Leonardo Bonucci, who is said to be close to joining Fenerbahce.

Despite the speculation surrounding Vogt's future, Hoffenheim coach Pellegrino Matarazzo said at a press conference on Wednesday that he's planning with the defender for Friday's Bundesliga match against Bayern Munich.

"First of all, of course, I've already noticed some interest. Kevin is with us. He has one and a half years left on his contract and as long as he is here, I will plan with Kevin," he said.

"It is also clear that he played a good first half of the season, he was stable and very strong at the back. If he's there, I plan to play him," Matarazzo emphasized.
