Report: Jacob Bruun Larsen wants to leave Dortmund

Jacob Bruun Larsen reportedly wants to depart Borussia Dortmund to find more playing time elsewhere.
Jacob Bruun Larsen wants to leave Borussia Dortmund as soon as possible, according to Bild.

The 21-year-old broke through under BVB coach Lucien Favre last season, making 30 appearances with three goals and three assists to his name, but has slipped down the pecking order following the summer arrivals of Thorgan Hazard and Julian Brandt.

Bruun Larsen, whose contract runs until 2021, has started just once this season, playing eight games in total, and wants to depart the club in the search for more first-team football, as per the report.

According to Bild, the Danish winger has attracted interest from VfB Stuttgart, where he spent the second half of the 2017/18 season on loan, but it's questionable if he would be willing to take a step down to the 2. Bundesliga.

The reports also claims that Leonardo Balerdi, Dan-Axel Zagadou, Marcel Schmelzer and Mahmoud Dahoud may want to say goodbye to the club to find more playing time elsewhere.
