Bayern München coach Niko Kovac feels that German coaches are lacking the creativity that shapes individualists who can decide games on their own. Therefore, he recommends to bring more foreign coaches to Germany.

In his column for FAZ, Kovac writes that Germany are currently missing "individualists who can solve tight game situations surprisingly or simply leave the opponent standing when countering."

The Bayern coach states that in the future, he would like to see more coaches "who are able to show the children and young people the appropiate exercises."

"This is not in the DNA of the vast majority of German coaches. I can only pass on what I carry in me, whether it's love, money or the passion for dribbling and tricks with the ball. Therefore, it would be good to import this expertise," Kovac writes.

Kovac is facing his first season at Bayern München after being the head coach of Eintracht Frankfurt from 2016 to 2018.
