Secret clause in Hauge's loan contract revealed
More information about the terms and conditions of Jens Petter Hauge's loan deal to Eintracht Frankfurt from AC Milan have surfaced today.
A BILDplus report dropped today revealing that the buy option in the Norwegian's loan deal must become an obligation to buy once Eintracht are mathematically confirmed to avoid relegation.
This was a clause that was not revealed during the official unveiling of the 21-year-old Norwegian wonderkid, and BILD have labelled it as a 'BILD exclusive'.
Should 'Die Adler' avoid relegation, Hauge becomes a Frankfurt player permanently and will have to sign a 4-year deal at the Deutsche Bank Park starting in 2022 and running out in June 2026. The fee in question would be around the €12m mark.
Another clause inserted into Hauge's loan deal is that if Eintracht make the deal permanent, AC Milan will be due a percentage of the re-sale fee should 'Die Adler' sell on the Norwegian.
