According to BILD, Borussia Dortmund summer signing Fabio Silva is still pushing for a departure in the winter.

The article suggests that the Portuguese striker's agent is reportedly already exploring his options for the January transfer window.

Meanwhile, BVB want to keep the 23-year-old with sporting director Sebastian Kehl recently confirmed that a transfer is out of the question.

Still, the question must be asked if Dortmund is really doing itself favors by trying to hold onto a dissatisfied player at all costs?

Portugal's coach Roberto Martínez made it unequivocally clear that Silva needs to be in top form to grab a place in his World Cup squad.

At loan seems like a viable solution at this point. Real Betis would be ready to take him on, and would even cover a large portion of Silva's salary.
