Tah fuels Bayern speculation: "I'm considering the right next step"

Speculation linking Jonathan Tah with Bayern Munich has intensified recently, with reports suggesting that the Bayer Leverkusen centre-back has reached a verbal agreement with the Bavarians on a transfer. 

When asked by Sky Germany about the possibility of a summer move, Tah admitted that he's considering his future. 

"I'm considering the right next step for me, whether I stay in Leverkusen or go somewhere else. I don't think it's good to name names, but of course the next step should be the right one," Tah said. 

He did not rule out contact with Bayern Munich. 

"I have read a lot about it. I'm happy to be linked with a club like that. We'll see in the end," said the German international. 

Last week, Tah stressed that his focus during the European Championship will be on the national team. After that, the German defender will make more clear statements about his future.
