Bayern Munich and RB Leipzig to lock horns ahead of 2026/27 season
Bayern Munich and RB Leipzig have announced a friendly that will be played just before the 202&/27 season begins.

German champions FC Bayern Munich and RB Leipzig will meet in their final pre-season friendly ahead of the 2026/27 campaign, the two clubs announced on Monday.
Kick-off for the Telekom Cup clash at the Allianz Arena between the two Bundesliga sides is scheduled for August 15 at 15:30 CEST.
FC Bayern Munich have already lined up three pre-season friendlies ahead of the 2026/27 campaign, with a match against SV Wehen Wiesbaden on July 25 followed by fixtures against Jeju SK on August 4 in South Korea and Aston Villa on August 7 in Hong Kong as part of their summer tour of Asia.
RB Leipzig, meanwhile, have a trip to South Africa coming up this month and are set to face Mamelodi Sundowns on May 29.
