Eintracht Frankfurt defender Rasmus Kristensen has agreed personal terms with Danish side FC Midtjylland, according to Tipsbladet.
The Danish outlet reports that the 28-year-old has reached an agreement on a contract with Midtjylland until 2031.
Negotiations between the two clubs are said to be at an advanced stage, with growing optimism that a final agreement will soon be reached.
Kristensen initially joined Eintracht Frankfurt on loan from Leeds United two years ago before the Bundesliga club made the move permanent for a reported fee of around €9.5 million.
The Denmark international has established himself as a regular starter during his time in Frankfurt, making a total of 71 appearances.
A product of Midtjylland's academy, Kristensen began his professional career with the club before moving abroad.
