Speaking ahead of Saturday's Bundesliga game against RB Leipzig, Hoffenheim coach Sebastian Hoeness discussed Mijat Gacinovic's lack of playing time this season.

The 26-year-old has been limited to just 107 minutes of Bundesliga football this season and hasn't featured in a league game since Hoffenheim's 0-2 loss at the hands of Mainz on 11 September.
"Mijat Gacinovic wants to play more of course, I absolutely understand that," said Hoeness ahead of Saturday's Bundesliga clash with RB Leipzig.
"However, we have a large squad with lots of competition, which Mijat is currently a victim of. Just keep at it and the minutes will come," he continued.
Gacinovic joined Hoffenheim from Frankfurt in the summer of 2020.
