Sitting in second place behind Manchester City and ahead of Young Boys, Die Roten Bullen are already certain to finish second and advance to the knockout stages.

As a result, Leipzig coach Marco Rose is expected to rest some of his key players, with Janis Blaswich, David Raum and Xavi Simons among those likely to get a break.

Peter Gulacsi could make his first appearance in the Champions League between the sticks after recovering from a serious knee injury, while Christopher Lenz and Emil Forsberg are also likely to start.

Leipzig squandered a 2-0 lead to lose 3-2 to Manchester City in their last Champions League game, but have responded well, winning their last two Bundesliga games against Heidenheim and Borussia Dortmund respectively.

Young Boys have won three of their last four games in all competitions, most recently beating St. Gallen 3-0 at home.

Dani Olmo and Willi Orban will definitely be missing for the home side, while Young Boys will be without Imeri and Itten.
