Sky Germany reports that Borussia Dortmund have made enquires about acquiring Manchester United left-back Sergio Reguilón Rodríguez during the coming January transfer window.

The six-times-capped Spanish international recently saw his estimated market worth downgraded from €20 million to €12 million in the latest transfermarkt update. A rescinding of the current loan deal seems plausible. Dortmund themselves will be looking for a replacement for Algerian international Ramy Bensebaini next month as he will be on international duty at the Africa Cup of Nations. Bensebaini also hasn't quite lived up to expectations since joining from Gladbach this summer.
