In this Fantasy Bundesliga article, we will not be focusing on the most obvious picks such as Joshua Kimmich or Erling Haaland.

Instead, we will highlight players with a maximum ownership percentage of 15%, who could offer great value as differentials for Matchday 27.

Be aware that you have unlimited transfers and that there is no Friday evening game, meaning you will be able to see the line-ups for the first five games of the matchday before the transfer window slams shut on Saturday at 15.30 CET.

Philipp Mwene, Mainz (Defender, 2.4M)
Mwene is definitely one of the best bargain defenders at the moment. Playing as a left wing-back, the 27-year-old has picked up 35 points in his last three games. In addition, Mainz have won their last two games and now have a nice run of fixtures.

Deyovaisio Zeefuik, Hertha BSC (Defender, 7.5M)
Zeefuik has started the last four games in an attacking wing-back role and was the highest-scoring defender on Matchday 26, picking up a whopping 19 points. With Hertha looking at a favorable schedule, it might be a good time to bring in the 23-year-old.

Jeremie Frimpong, Leverkusen (Defender, 8.6M)
After a poor run of form led to the sacking of Peter Bosz before the international break, Leverkusen will be determined to get off to a winning start under new coach Hannes Wolf when they take on bottom side Schalke 04 at home. With both Lars Bender and Tim Fosu-Mensah sidelined with long-term injuries, Frimpong should be nailed on to start on the right side of defence. The 20-year-old, who is also capable of playing as a right midfielder, is yet to really prove himself following his January move from Celtic, but perhaps Saturday's encounter with crisis-hit Schalke will be his breakout game.

Kevin Mbabu, Wolfsburg (Defender, 11.7M)
The energetic right-back has been a reliable source of points in 2021 and could be in for another strong showing as in-form Wolfsburg lock horns with relegation-threatened FC Köln at home. However, you should be wary that Wolfsburg have a tough run of fixtures after this week's match-up.

André Hahn, Augsburg (Midfielder, 5.3M)
Costing just 5.3 million, Hahn has already found the net six times in the league this season and plays up front despite being a midfielder in the game. Another plus is that Augsburg have a great schedule for the upcoming weeks.

Florian Wirtz, Leverkusen (Midfielder, 8.3M)
With four goals and five assists to his name so far in the Bundesliga this season, Wirtz offers great value for money with a price of just 8.3 million.

Valentino Lazaro, Gladbach (Midfielder, 8.7M)
Lazaro has been tipped to fill in for Jonas Hofmann, who is sidelined due to coronavirus. Coming off a 3-0 victory over Schalke 04 on Matchday 26, Gladbach have a few more favorable matchups coming up, so the Austrian international winger could be a nice differential for the weeks to come.

Leon Bailey, Leverkusen (Striker, 14.6M)
Having already chipped in with 12 goals and nine assists in alle competitions this season, Bailey could be a real difference-maker this week, with Leverkusen taking on struggling Schalke 04 at home. Alternately, you could go for either Patrik Schick or Lucas Alario, depending on which one of them starts up front. Leverkusen play on Saturday at 15.30 CET, meaning you will be able to see their line-up before the transfer window closes.

Matheus Cunha, Hertha BSC (Striker, 15.6M)
Cunha will be hoping to build on his performance in Hertha's 3-0 win over Leverkusen on Matchday 26, which saw him score and pick up 15 points.

Thomas Müller, Bayern München (Striker, 22.6M)
The German veteran is the second-highest scoring player in the game this season, only behind Robert Lewandowski, and is a nice option if you're looking for a direct replacement for the injured Polish international.
