After Sky Germany reported that Coventry City were in advanced talks with Eintracht Frankfurt over the signing of Aurèle Amenda, Bild now claims negotiations between the two clubs are "essentially complete".
According to the report, only minor details remain to be ironed out, with Eintracht set to receive up to €20 million, including bonuses, for the centre-back.
Amenda is said to be keen on the move and is in advanced talks with the newly-promoted Premier League side.
The Switzerland international joined Eintracht Frankfurt from Young Boys for a reported €9.5 million in January 2024.
The 22-year-old made 29 appearances for Eintracht last season, including 20 starts.
