Having returned from vacation, Harry Kane is ready to open talks with Bayern Munich over a contract extension beyond 2027.
The 33-year-old star striker confirmed on Monday that discussions between his camp and the club are set to begin soon.
“I only have one year left on my contract, so now is the time to talk about it,” Kane said on Monday, according to AZ.
“We’ll talk about it next week or the week after. Both sides are very relaxed,” he added.
Both Bayern and Kane are reportedly open to an extension, with the only potential sticking point seemingly being whether the new deal should run until 2029 or 2030.
