Laimer and Bayern reportedly in full agreement over contract extension

The 29-year-old has reportedly agreed to extend his stay at the Bavarian giants with a deal until 2029.

According to Sky Germany's Florian Plettenberg, Konrad Laimer’s contract extension with Bayern Munich is a done deal.

A new contract extension has between agreed upon by all parties involved while the Austrian represents his nation at the 2026 World Cup.

The versatile right-back has agreed to a lucrative new long-term contract with the German giants running until 2029.

The formal contract signing is already scheduled to take place, with an official club announcement to follow in the coming days.

Despite high financial demands from the player's side, both parties always wanted to extend the partnership together.

The Austrian will now earn a handsome salary of more than €10million gross per year, including performance-based bonuses.
