Union without several key players against Augsburg
Leonardo Bonucci and Sheraldo Becker have been added to Union Berlin's list of absentees for Saturday's game against Augsburg.
The German capital club confirmed on Thursday that in addition to the suspended Rani Khedira and the injured Danilho Doekhi, Leonardo Bonucci and Sheraldo Becker will not be available due to injury.
Saturday's game will be Union's first since parting ways with Urs Fischer, with Marco Grote leading the Berlin side as interim coach.
"In the last few days we've had a lot of discussions with the players," Grote said at his pre-match press conference.
"It's about using every hour wisely to give the team a positive feeling and prepare them in the best possible way.
"Against Augsburg we want to regain what has always characterized Union in defense and also create one or two more options in attack."
Union are bottom of the Bundesliga with just six points heading into the game.
