Anderlecht are thought to be leading the race to sign Joshua Zirkzee from Bayern München.

According to Belgian newspaper Het Laatste Nieuws, Anderlecht are in talks with Bayern about the 21-year-old striker, with an agreement likely to be reached.

Zirkzee already spent last season on loan at Anderlecht, playing 47 matches with 18 goals and 13 assists to his name.

The Belgians would have liked to make Zirkzee's loan permanent at the end of the season, but were unable to do so for financial reasons.

But after selling Sergio Gomez to Manchester City, Anderlecht should have the funds to get the signing over the line.

Bayern are reportedly demand around €20 million for Zirkzee, who has also been linked with Gladbach, Stuttgart and Augsburg among others.
