Ralf Rangnick considered unlikely to take a job at Eintracht Frankfurt

Ralf Rangnick has been touted to join Eintracht Frankfurt following the confirmation that head coach Adi Hütter will be moving to Gladbach. However, according to Kicker, the 62-year-old is unlikely to take a job at the club.
Shortly after it became clear that Adi Hütter will be leaving his position as Eintracht Frankfurt coach to join Borussia Mönchengladbach this summer, Ralf Rangnick was brought up as a candidate to replace him.

In fact, since Frankfurt are also looking for a sporting CEO, Rangnick would potentially be able fulfill more than one task at the club, having previously worked as a coach and sporting director at RB Leipzig.

But although there have been talks between the parties, the former Red Bull chief is unlikely to take a job at Eintracht due to concerns within the club that he would be 'too dominant', according to Kicker.

Sport Bild recently listed Roger Schmidt, Oliver Glasner and Sandro Schwarz as candidates to take over as coach from Hütter.

Meanwhile, it's still unclear who will replace Fredi Bobic as sporting CEO. Hendrik Almstadt, currently an assistant to the management at AC Milan, is said to be the favorite with Lazio sporting director Igli Tare seen as a possible alternative.
