The 18-year-old striker made 14 2. Bundesliga appearances for HSV as they achieved promotion back to the top flight last term, and has since made two appearances across the Bundesliga and DFB-Pokal in the opening stages of this season.

As per reports from Sky Sports, Stange is now on the verge of extending his contract at Volksparkstadion, before moving to Elversberg on loan.

Elversberg missed out on promotion to the Bundesliga earlier this year, after being beaten by Heidenheim in the promotion/relegation play-off, but are still seen as a fantastic place for youngsters to develop.
