Kicker recently reported that Paul Wanner currently looks unlikely to head out on loan again, as his services may be needed to cover for the long-term injured Jamal Musiala.

However, if Bayern manage to sign Nick Woltemade from Stuttgart, a move for Wanner could be reconsidered, as the 19-year-old needs regular playing time to continue his development.

According to TZ, Hamburger SV have held talks with Wanner about a possible loan move, with the youngster himself keen to secure another temporary stint.

VfB Stuttgart, Werder Bremen, and Borussia Mönchengladbach have also been mentioned as suitors for the German U21 international, who spent last season on loan at Heidenheim.
