Reus' agent denies agreement with BVB
Speaking to Sky Germany, Marco Reus' agent has denied that his client has ironed out a contract extension with his long-time club.

Hebel's words do nevertheless suggest that the 33-year-old will work something out with his long-time club soon. Hebel referred to "professional, respectful, and goal-oriented exchanges" with club bosses Sebastian Kehl and Hans-Joachim Watzke.
With respect to rumors that Reus (and also veteran defender Mats Hummels) are both being asked to take a pay-cut that will drop their annual salary down to €7 million, Hebel suggested that reports on definite figures might be inaccurate. Hebel noted that matters may hinge on something else.
"Money has never been a decisive factor for Marco," Hebel told Sky, "There is no question that he is prepared to make financial sacrifices. There have been many rumors and speculations recently, which unfortunately are to a large extent false ad misrepresent both the club and Marco."
Dortmund were able to complete contract extensions for resurgent attacker Julian Brandt and long-term goalkeeping prospect Marcel Lotka this week. At Brandt's signing ceremony, BVB sporting director Kehl promised that there would be more contract-extension announcements to follow in the coming days.
