Bayern Munich intend to clear out some names from their squad in summer, but the future of Daniel Peretz could be out of their control.

The goalkeeper, currently on loan with FC Southampton, are in the EFL Championship play-offs against Middlesbrough.

According to the BBC, the Saints have a purchase option of €8million, which would be an obligation to buy if they are promoted.

Thus, if Southampton prevails in the upcoming playoffs and make the Premier League, Bayern's first sale of the summer would be confirmed.

FC Bayern could even make a profit on the deal, as Peretz joined them from Maccabi Tel Aviv in 2023 for just €5million.

The Israeli shot-stopper said in a recent interview that he is “enjoying every game” that he plays at the English second division club
