Bayern Munich's president Herbert Hainer has reinstated his belief that Michael Olise is not for sale should Real Madrid come calling.

“As I've said before, if Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez had that [a bid] in mind, he can save himself the trouble," he told Abendzeitung.

"We don't want to sell Michael Olise. As FC Bayern Munich, we still share a very good relationship with Real Madrid.

“They contacted me to say that, firstly, they have absolutely no contact with Olise and, secondly, they don't want these constant speculations in the media,” he added.

When asked about Bayern's transfer plans, Hainer said they are very happy with the arrivals of Nathaniel Brown and Ismael Saibari, but otherwise remained tight-lipped.

“Both are very good players, but I'm sure you'll understand that I won't comment on potential transfers. We have a very good squad, there's absolutely no question about that.

“That's why, if we do make additions, they will simply be targeted reinforcements, both in attack and in defense,” Hainer concluded.
