According to the English Telegraph, Hamburger SV is keeping tabs on Jordan Holsgrove from Estoril Praia.

The Scotsman has had a strong season there in defensive midfield, however the newly promoted Bundesliga side are not alone.

A handful of unnamed clubs from the English Championship are also said to be interested in the 25-year-old.

Holsgrove only moved to the Lisbon suburb on a permanent basis last summer after a loan from Olympiacos and has a contract until 2028.

Holsgrove is considered resistant to pressure and has strengths in intercepting opposing passes.

At HSV, he would be a candidate for the double six pivot, in front of the back three and alongside one of Remberg or Capaldo.

At Estoril Praia, the left-footer made over 75 passes per game last year, while also chipping in with five assists.
