Bayern Munich have been dealing with a lot of injuries in the past few months, with Jamal Musiala's injury past Saturday being the most prominent one. The starplayer will miss the next 4-5 months due to his fractured fibula.

Sky Germany have now announced news on the injuries of two more key players for Bayern Munich: Alphonso Davies and Hiroki Itō.

The Canadian left-back suffered a season-ending ligament injury (ACL injury) in March, while on international duty with Canada - a return date was targeted for late November 2025. Since his recovery process has been going better than expected however, a return is now likely to happen in late October / early November instead!

As for the Japanese international, his metatarsal fracture, which he sustained in the 3-2 win over St. Pauli in late March, seems to be a little more tenacious - he will still need a further 3-4 months before he can make his comeback and finally fully arrive at Bayern Munich.

Those updates mean, that Bayern can ideally include Davies, Itō and Musiala into their squad plans before the year 2025 comes to an end. Davies in particular will likely be able to help Bayern in the first half of the season, if his recovery process continues to go as well as it has in the last few months.
