Marco Reus advises Jadon Sancho to return to Borussia Dortmund

With his contract at Manchester United set to expire in the summer, Jadon Sancho has been linked with a return to Borussia Dortmund.

Now, his former teammate and BVB legend Marco Reus has weighed in on reports suggesting the English winger could once again move back to Signal Iduna Park.

“My main advice to Jadon is to look for where he feels comfortable and find his best form again. And if that is at BVB, then it would be good for both him and Dortmund,” Reus told Sport Bild.

Even if Sancho has struggled in England in recent years, Reus remains convinced that the 26-year-old is still capable of making an impact at Dortmund.

“I have rarely played with someone who made such good instinctive decisions in tight situations,” Reus said.

“He was sometimes quiet and introverted, but he still radiated positive energy. Apart from his assists and goals, he knows what the game needs and what his teammates need. He is a player who draws two or three opponents towards him and can precisely judge when to involve his teammates at the right moments.”
