Heintz to join Union in January?
Freiburg defender Dominique Heintz could join Union Berlin in January.
Union Berlin are working on a deal to sign Dominique Heintz from SC Freiburg, according to Fussballtransfers.
Although there is no agreement yet, "chances are good" that the centre-back will join Union in January, per the report.
Heintz, 28, featured 23 times last term, but has been limited to just 28 minutes of Bundesliga football this season.
His contract with Freiburg expires at the end of the season.
