Kehl and Terzic give brief update on Kobel after substitution against Frankfurt
BVB bosses Sebastian Kehl and Edin Terzic have played down fears that Gregor Kobel will be sidelined for long after being forced off against Eintracht Frankfurt.
Gregor Kobel was forced off the field during the first half of Borussia Dortmund's 3-3 draw with Eintracht Frankfurt today after being hit in the face by the arm of teammate Nico Schlotterbeck.
Fortunately for Dortmund, the injury doesn't appear to be serious.
"I don't think it's that dramatic. He won't be out for long," said BVB sporting director Sebastian Kehl in a post-match interview.
BVB head coach Edin Terzic said:
"He was a bit dizzy from the contact. He didn't feel so safe. But he's already smiling again.
The Black and Yellows have two games next week, facing Hoffenheim in the DFB-Pokal on Wednesday and Bayern Munich on Saturday.
