Upamecano set to extend Bayern deal shortly, BILD reports

Germany's leading tabloid notes that the Bavarian giants and the French centre-half are close to agreeing a new deal.

According to the latest news emanating out of Sport BILD, Bayern Munich and Dayot Upamecano have reached an agreement in contract talks.

An improved salary is believed to be confirmed, with the only delay caused by a signing fee which will be ironed out shortly.

Rumours were circulating that ethe 26-year-old might be heading for the exit door, but it appears a stay is inevitable now.

With other reports suggesting that Jonathan Tah is close to joining Die Rekordmeister, the future of Kim Min-Jae may come into question.
