Report: RB Leipzig closing in on Dominik Szoboszlai

Dominik Szoboszlai could be the next player to move from Salzburg to Leipzig.

RB Leipzig are on the verge of agreeing a deal to sign Dominik Szoboszlai from their Austrian sister club RB Salzburg, according to Sport Bild.

The 20-year-old Hungarian midfielder could complete his switch to Germany in January in a deal worth more than €20 million plus bonuses.

According to reports from Hungary, AC Milan recently pulled out of the race for Szoboszlai.

Arsenal are understood to be interested in the 20-year-old as well, but RB Leipzig appear to have far better chances of acquiring him.

RB Leipzig have signed a number of players from Salzburg in the past, including Dayot Upamecano, Ibrahima Konaté, Peter Gulacsi and Konrad Laimer.
