Nick Woltemade has been linked with a move to Bayern Munich after an impressive first season at VfB Stuttgart.

Aleksandar Pavlovic, who knows the tall striker well, is hoping to be joined by him in Munich.

“Nick is a good friend of mine. And, of course, I would be happy (if he joined Bayern). We’ve already joked about it a bit. We’ll see what the future holds for him,” Pavlovic told reporters at Bayern’s Club World Cup training camp in the United States.

When asked if he would try to convince Woltemade to come to Munich, Pavlovic replied, “Yes, definitely!”

Leon Goretzka can also imagine the tall striker moving to the Säbener Straße.

“Moving to Bayern is something that should probably be well considered,” he said.

“He has exceptional quality. He’s a great guy and makes a very clear impression on me. That is a basic requirement to succeed here with us.”
