Eintracht Frankfurt sporting director Markus Krösche has reacted to reports that the club have shown an interest in RB Salzburg coach Matthias Jaissle and Lyon midfielder Houssem Aouar.

Speaking to Kicker, Eintracht board member for sport Markus Krösche confirmed that he had held talks with Jaissle, but played down the importance of the meeting.
"I meet with coaches throughout the year - without pressure or ulterior motives. I've done that in Paderborn and Leipzig and it's nothing unusual," Krösche said.
"I meet with ten or twelve different coaches every year. Among them are youth coaches and coaches from abroad. I have to know the market, that's my job.
While it remains up in the air whether Jaissle has a future at Eintracht, it now seems certain that Houssem Aouar will not be joining on a free transfer from Olympique Lyon when his contract expires this summer.
Eintracht Frankfurt have held talks with the Frenchman, but have been unable to reach an agreement with him.
"We have to be convinced that a player really wants to join us. There comes a point where it's over. Then we say 'no'. We didn't feel that we could find a solution," Krösche explained.
