Arminia Bielefeld has announced that Marius Wörl has left Hannover 96 and returns to the club on a permanent basis.

Bielefeld have reached into their coffers and come up with the €1.5million transfer fee which was recently discussed.

The 21-year-old was on loan at Arminia for the past two campaigns and developed himself into a fan favourite.

Most notably, Wörl's performances in last season's DfB-Pokal earned him hero status as be bagged 3 goals and 3 assists in 6 games.

Now, Wörl has found his permanent home at the Alm and is set to make a splash as Bielefeld continue their charge in the second division.
