Bayern confirm hip injury for Musiala
Bayern Munich have confirmed that Jamal Musiala is currently sidelined due to a hip injury.
After Jamal Musiala surprisingly started on the bench against Aston Villa in the Champions League on Wedesday, it was reported that Bayern Munich were being careful with him because of a minor injury.
Now, the Bavarian club have confirmed that the German international “will be sidelined for the time being” with a hip problem.
This means that Musiala will definitely miss Bayern's Bundesliga game against Eintracht Frankfrut on Sunday.
Musiala will also be unavailable for Germany's upcoming games against Bosnia-Herzegovina and the Netherlands this month, with Stuttgart's Jamie Leweling called up as his replacement.
